All units are pre-set with a temperature compensation feature which allows your indoor units to surpass the desired temperature by 2 to 4 degrees in order to cover the entire room, before entering in rest mode.
For our wall mounted units, you can refer to this link on how to change the temperature compensation for Heating and cooling modes.
For our concealed duct, ceiling cassette units and floor mounted units, this can be adjusted using the dip switch labeled SW6 on the indoor control board. You can review the attached document on how to configure the compensation temperature dip switches.
If the temperature varies greatly, then there may be a problem with your system. You can refer to the attached PDF - Temperature variance to diagnose and pinpoint the issue with your system.
